The Metalworks PBSA development in Dalby Avenue, Bristol includes 819 student beds in a variety of cluster flats ranging from five to 12 beds, designed to provide students with modern living spaces. The scheme offers approximately 15,000 sq ft of internal amenity areas and includes two cinema rooms and onsite laundries, in addition to a large retail space. CLIENT: WATKIN JONES GROUP.
